Classical Baritone
Full Bio
Anthony is originally from Murrysville, PA and graduated from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA with a Master of Music degree in vocal performance and opera studies. He is also a graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA as of 2019.
In 2021, Anthony performed the title role in Gianni Schicchi at Shenandoah Conservatory in April and took on the roles of Germont in La Traviata with La Musica Lirica and Figaro in Le Nozze di Figaro with the Saluzzo Opera Academy during the following summer. In 2022, he returned to Saluzzo, Italy, to perform the title role in Don Giovanni with the Saluzzo Opera Academy before returning to the United States to portray Billy Crocker in Anything Goes and Enoch Snow in Carousel, both with Stage Right!. He has also performed several oratorio works, including the Bass role in Handel's Messiah at Saint Vincent Archabbey in Latrobe, PA, and the Baritone role in William Payn’s LOVE and Robert Cohen’s Alzheimer Stories with the Westmoreland Choral Society in Greensburg, PA. In the summer of 2023, Anthony was a resident artist with Opera North in Lebanon, NH, where he performed in various productions. In April 2024, he played Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys with Stage Right!. In 2025, he debuted the role of Young Thomas in Thomas the Rhymer, an original composition by Matthew Gillespie, and sang the role of Jesus in Nancy Galbraith's oratorio Passion According to St. Matthew. Most recently, he performed as Utterson in Jekyll & Hyde with Split Stage Productions and as Marcello in La Boheme and Coppelius/Dr. Miracle/Dappertutto in The Tales of Hoffmann with SERIO.
Anthony has received several awards throughout his career, including the Gold Prize in the World Classical Music Awards in 2022, First Place in the Shenandoah Conservatory Student Soloist Competition in 2021, Third Place in the London Classical Music Competition, and an Honorable Mention in the Bologna International Vocal Competition in 2018.
In addition to performing, Anthony has been a voice teacher for the past 8 years. In 2023, he was declared an adjunct voice professor at St. Vincent College and was added as a voice instructor at Stage Right!. In 2025, he was hired as the Choir Director at Oakland Catholic High School in Pittsburgh, PA.
